The flesh of this widely recognizable desert plant, called "nopales", is also known as a culinary staple in many cultures, and the prickly pear fruit called a "tuna", can be found in many dishes and beverages.
The design features a 2.5 x 3.5 inch blooming prickly pear cactus, hand-drawn with black lines, stippling and texture.
